1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Green Power Electrical.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide electrical services including (but not limited to):

  • Domestic electrical work

  • Commercial electrical services

  • Emergency call-outs

  • Electrical inspections and upgrades

All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Irish regulations and standards.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are subject to site inspection where necessary

  • Prices may change if additional work is required

  • VAT will be applied where applicable

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in additional charges

  • Ownership of supplied materials remains with Green Power Electrical until paid in full

5. Cancellations

  • We request reasonable notice for cancellations

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be chargeable

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We stand over the quality of our workmanship

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials

  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish law.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure safe access to the work area and disclose any known hazards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
